Terms of Service

By accessing or using Quotra (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using Quotra on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” refers to that company.

Quotra is an AI-assisted estimating and quoting platform for moving companies. Features may include conversational intake, photo upload, estimate generation, owner review, branded quotes, scheduling tools, and related dashboard workflows. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Paid plans, trials, and renewals are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select. Prices, trial length, and features are shown at checkout or in your billing settings. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You can manage billing from your Quotra account (or Stripe customer portal where available). Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Quotra, including business settings, branding, and customer/move information (“Customer Data”). You grant Quotra a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process your customers’ information and for your own privacy notices and terms presented to those customers.

Quotra helps generate estimates using your pricing rules, customer inputs, and AI assistance. Estimates are tools to support your workflow - they are not guarantees of final job cost, time, inventory, or outcomes. You remain responsible for reviewing quotes before they are sent and for the services you provide to your customers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or for fraudulent activity
• Attempt to access other customers’ data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service except as allowed by law
• Upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights
• Resell or provide Quotra as a competing standalone service without our written permission

Quotra, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. You may not use Quotra marks except as needed to identify that you use the Service.

Quotra integrates with third parties such as payment processors, email providers, maps, authentication, and AI providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or actions outside our reasonable control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ESTIMATES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUOTRA AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO QUOTRA FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You will defend and indemnify Quotra against claims arising from your Customer Data, your moving services, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using Quotra at any time and cancel your subscription as described in billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if needed to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes, except where prohibited.
