Quotra (“Quotra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-assisted estimating software for moving companies. Our website is usequotra.com. For privacy questions, contact us at support@usequotra.com.

Account information. When you create a Quotra account, we collect details such as your name, email address, business name, phone number, and login credentials (including if you sign in with Google).

Business setup and pricing. We store the pricing rules, fees, branding, and settings you configure so Quotra can generate estimates and quotes.

Customer and move data. When your customers use your Quotra quote link or you manage estimates in the dashboard, we may process move details such as names, contact information, addresses, property details, photos, chat messages, estimates, and quote history.

Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status and related billing metadata, but we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Usage and device data. We may collect logs and diagnostics such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve Quotra
• Authenticate accounts and secure the platform
• Generate estimates, quotes, emails, and related workflows
• Process subscriptions and communicate about billing
• Respond to support requests and send service notices
• Analyze product usage and prevent abuse or fraud

Quotra uses third-party AI providers to help ask questions, interpret move details (including photos when uploaded), and draft estimates. Content you and your customers submit may be sent to those providers solely to operate the features you use. We do not sell customer conversations or photos.

We share information only as needed to run Quotra, including with:

• Service providers such as hosting, database, email, maps, payments (Stripe), and AI infrastructure partners
• Your organization - account owners and authorized users can access estimates and customer data for that business
• Legal and safety - when required by law or to protect rights, security, and integrity

We do not sell personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session security, and basic product analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work without them.

We retain account, billing, and quote data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account; some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, billing history).

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@usequotra.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Quotra is built for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice.
